StarSpotting information

StarSpotting is like Train Spotting or Plane Spotting. Spot a Star and post your Spotting!
Star Spotting can only be used to spot American citizens. All Spottings must be in public areas in America where a Star has no expectation of privacy. Users who violate this restriction may lose the privilege of submitting a Spotting.
To give a Star some privacy, Star Spottings are delayed 30 minutes before being acessible.
Star Spottings may (optionally) contains a picture, a video, or a text description of up to 180 characters.
